Allen Taheri was born in Isfahan, Iran on November 22, 1982. He moved to Starkville, Mississippi in 1989 and became a first-generation immigrant. Allen then moved to Jackson, MS. He attended high school at Jackson Academy. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University in 2007. Allen has owned a business from age 14 and has been an entrepreneur ever since. He started T Enterprises, Inc. aka A2Z Printing in 2008 and now has four locations, three in Mississippi and one, Vision Graphics, in Denver, CO. He has made the company prosper with his business and people skills. A2Z started off as a two-man crew and has now expanded to employ 137 people with a revenue of 25 million dollars. Allen helps contribute to the community by donating printing to the Phoenix Club. He is the former chairman of the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality Compliance Advisory Panel and former member of Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality Air Counsel. He recently had to resign from his position on the councils due to his family and business expanding. Allen is very family oriented. He has been married to his lovely wife, Michelle, for seven years. He has a five-year-old daughter, Mina, and 16 month-old twins, Leila and Lily. In his free time, Allen enjoys playing in an adult soccer league and traveling with family and friends.
Hootan brings over 20 years of computer, system, networking and management experience to Vision and A2Z Printing. He was a co-founder of A2Z Printing and his ability to both lead and do is a critical part of the companies continued growth.
Hootan’s strong background in computer programming and software implementation creates a constant improvement culture always first focused on the client.
Born in Iran and brought up in Louisiana, Hootan is a Millsaps College graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Sciences.
Mark Steputis, Chief Operating Officer of Vision Graphics Inc started his career in the printing industry in 1986 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Taking ownership of that company in 1996. Mark relocated the company to Loveland, Colorado and changed its name to Vision Graphics Inc. Under his guidance, the company grew from a local printing company into a national leader in the commercial print, direct mail ad marketing automation space and was recognized as one of the top 250 independently-owned companies in Colorado .
Over the span of 10 years, Mark ad his team acquired Keyline Graphics in 2009, and Eagle:xm, an integrated customer engagement agency that specializes in leveraging marketing intelligence, in 2012. In 2017 Vision integrated two additional firms, Pioneer printing of Cheyenne WY, and Print CPG of Tucson AZ. In 2018 Custom Direct was acquired that brough Election services and support capabilities to the organization . In 2020 Mark made the decision to sell his ownership to T enterprises/ A2Z Printing with multiple locations east of the Mississippi river. He has been retained as Vision’s COO and a member of the corporate board. With over 140,000 square feet of production and fulfillment space, and with multiple locations able to produce and deliver anywhere and anytime, Mark has built a true global tangible marketing automation leader.
Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from San Diego State University and is very active in the printing and marketing communications industry. Mark and his wife Candee together have three sons, and four grandchildren. Mark and Candee spend their recreational time on a northern Colorado ranch he has owned since 1999.
David A. Crandall serves the Vision Graphics team by working with operations, sales, technology and finance to develop and deploy our best-in-class solutions, products and service. Working in partnership with a variety of major customers in diverse market verticals, these capabilities broadly encompass the data automation, direct mail advertising, commercial print, wideformat display, and custom fulfillment space.
Joining Eagle:XM (a future Vision Graphics acquisition) in 1999 as project manager, David initially provided customer support to large accounts in the broadband industry. He also spent four years developing and managing the company’s strategic procurement processes and another eight years as manager of fulfillment services before moving into a broader production and operations management role in 2013.
His leadership has been instrumental in blending the best solutions, processes, systems and teams through seven merger/acquisition events since 2012. In 2020, David was promoted from VP of Operations to Vision Graphics’ President after the Denver company was acquired by T Enterprises.
David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. He enjoys playing all sorts of stringed instruments, performing as an 18th century reenactor, and camping with his family in the beautiful Rocky Mountains.
Jase Nguyen was born in Saigon, Vietnam. He grew up in Omaha, NE. His dad helped him get into computers at an early age and he built his first PC compatible computer the 80286. He later graduated from the University of Nebraska with a B.S in Industrial Engineering. From there, he moved to Jackson, MS to work for Eaton Aerospace as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer.
In the late 90’s, Jase moved into a brand-new field that has just begin to grow, wireless telecommunications. During this time, he utilized his technical expertise to transition to the Sales & Marketing side of the industry. As a result, Jase has over 20 years of experience in Technology & Sales.
In his free time, Jase loves to travel, keep up with technology, and spend time with his three kids.
