Print Revolution: Augmented Reality Applications For Print
July 26, 2018 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pmFree
It’s no secret that the print industry is changing rapidly. From interactive direct mail pieces that can’t be put down, to packaging and point of purchase that grow brand engagement, the combination of augmented reality and print create opportunities to connect with customers like never before seen. Successful brands must go beyond traditional marketing methods and unleash the power of mobile technology and print to merge the social mission of today’s consumers. Learn how brands can engage, encourage, educate and inspire their customers in new and exciting ways.
Join Jake Walker and Patrick Mallek for an animated and inspiring discussion on the future of augmented reality and print. Jake is the Vice President of Print and Marketing Automation at Vision Graphics with over 8 years experience building automated print and mailing workflows for enterprise clients throughout the United States. Patrick is the Maitre d’Creative for Mighty Fudge Studios and has created successful AR campaigns for brands like Mars/Wrigley, Boulder International Film Festival, 505 Southwestern, GoGo squeeZ and Harmons Grocery. We will discuss the current state of augmented reality as a marketing medium and look to future possibilities with print marketing.
A taco lunch will be provided and tours of Vision Graphics’ print and mail production facility will be offered after the discussion.
